One year ago today we lost Christian's Dad Jim. We miss him everyday, but especially this day. In honor of Jim, we took a few photos of Nina with his childhood stuffed squirrel. We are too cynical to be spiritual, however we kind of like to believe it's Jim's way of watching over her. He would have loved his granddaughter and we will remind her of him at every possible chance we have.

ReplyDeleteI'm certain he feels her presence in some way. I didn't know from whence the squirrel came when I saw it in the photos. It all fits together very copacetically. May he continue to rest peacefully
